The business park has a highly visible location off Hengrove Way, opposite Hengrove Leisure Park (BS14 0HR).
How to get here
We encourage sustainable travel to the business park which is easily accessible by bus, cycle and foot. If you do need to drive, please consider car sharing.
Accessible by First bus services 50/51, 75/76 and 90 from the city centre. Hengrove Bus Depot is located immediately adjacent on Hengrove Way (2 minute walk) and is served by up to 30 buses an hour at peak times.
There is a dedicated pedestrian/ cycle footway running along Hengrove Way.

There is a dedicated pedestrian / cycle footway running along Hengrove Way. The Malago Greenway provides a pleasant off road route to the business park from the city centre.
There is secure parking for 28 bicycles, shower/changing facilities and a bicycle ‘spares’ kit available on site.
The main train station, Bristol Temple Meads is on the 50/51 first bus route and a ten minute drive from the business park. Parson Street is a thirty minute walk and is the nearest rail station.

Please see our map for the location. We are located on Filwood Park Lane which is off Hengrove Way. Don’t trust anything that wants to take you to Filwood Road in Fishponds, as this is a long way from us!
The business park is close to the A37 arterial route out of the city. The city centre is a 15 minute drive away. Temple Meads station is 10 minutes and Bristol International Airport 15 minutes.

There are 4 dedicated EV charging points in the car park that are available to licensees, tenants and visitors, with marked parking bays in the centre of the car park. Check that there is a small blue flashing light at the side of the charger which indicates that it is ready to charge. Please collect a token from Reception (cost £1.50 for 2 hours charge). We are not on the Source West card system.
These are ‘Fast’ or ‘Mode 3’ AC chargers using 32A (7kW) which give a full charge in 3 to 4 hours. Users will need to have 7-pin Mennekes plug (IEC 62196) at the charging point end of their charging cable. Connect your charging cable to the vehicle first then to the charger to lock the cable in place. At the end of the period of charging, disconnect at the vehicle first to unlock the cable from the charging unit.
Drivers with non-electric vehicles should not park in the dedicated EV charging bays.
