8 First floor studios – Providing around 46m² (500 sq. ft) of workspace. Providing good levels of natural light and suit those looking for studio space or research and development activities.

5 Ground floor small workshops – Providing around 46m² (500 sq. ft) of workspace, each with their own loading bay.

15 Large Workshops – Light industrial workshop units around 146m² (1575 sq. ft). 13 of the larger units are self-contained with their own kitchen and toilet. The larger units consist of and upper-level mezzanine that suits administrative functions, with space for production operations on the ground floor. Larger units also benefit from a dedicated loading bay, with either a double door or shutter access.

Your licence fee includes:

• Secure 24/7 access and CCTV monitoring of the building and car park
• Dedicated loading bay for ground floor units
• Business class broadband connection
• Routine maintenance on doors, windows and shutter.
• Meeting room hire at discounted rates
• Secure cycle storage, showers and drying room
• Support from the Centre Management team

Please note: Electricity and heater use is metered and charged separately for studios and workshops.
