A choice of 28 light industrial workshop units are available ranging in size from 46m² (500 sq ft) to 146m² (1575 sq ft).  Larger units have a mezzanine floor and are self contained.  Unfurnished to allow flexible use, the upper level suits administrative functions, with operations on the ground floor.  Units with ground floor access benefit from a dedicated loading bay.  The smaller first floor units have good levels of natural light and would suit those looking for studio space or research and development activities.

Your licence fee includes:

• Secure 24/7 access and CCTV monitoring of the building and car park

• Meeting room hire at discounted rates
• Secure cycle storage, showers and drying room
• Support from the Centre Management team

Please note: Electricity and heater use is metered and charged separately for studios and workshops.
