We aim to be flexible with room sizes from 12m² (130 sq ft) suitable for 1-2 people to 36m² (390 sq ft) which could accommodate up to 7, there is space to grow. Most offices are furnished, however tenants are welcome to bring in their own furniture if they prefer.

A choice of 28 light industrial workshop units are available ranging in size from 46m² (500 sq ft) to 146m² (1575 sq ft).
Larger units have a mezzanine floor and are self contained with their own kitchenette and toilet. These are offered unfurnished to allow flexible use, with the upper level to suit administrative functions with operations on the ground floor.
The smaller first floor units have good levels of natural light and would suit those looking for studio space or research and development activities. Some of the units on the ground floor also benefit from a dedicated loading bay.

Filwood Green Business Centre is a great venue for tenants to hold meetings, seminars and conferences. We have a meeting room that seats 12 people and a boardroom that seats 20. Both rooms are fitted with LED screens with HDMI and VGA input. We also have additional rooms available for tenants to book that seat a maximum of 10, and a large open plan work hub great for networking or a change of scene from your usual workplace.
All public areas of the building are accessible to disabled users, and an induction loop is available in The Boardroom.
